This is a great nutrient dense breakfast, especially for Vatas, because of its grounding ingredients. Feel free to swap out oatmeal for an alternative like flax seed meal ( that’s what I’ve done, being  Kapha), and you can also make any adjustments to the fruit based on your tastes and Dosha.

Adjust the quantities of ingredients, depending on how many servings you want to make, or your taste preferences.
